The dice game of living in an apartment building with unmatching numbers. One might think that this wouldn’t be an issue, but it’s an even bigger issue than one might believe when it comes to delivering packages, and receiving mail. What are some of the issues that could happen when you live in an apartment building that doesn’t have a number to identify it, as well as unmatching numbers, well first if there’s an 911 emergency, and you say that you live at 19037 Fall River Dr. Apt. 235, and the ambulance pulls up to your building and there’s no number to identify your location, those precious seconds, and minutes lost while they try to make sure that they’re at the right location can make the difference between surviving, or facing death, the ambulance driver has found a group of apartments and the bottom row says apartments 135, and 136, but the upstairs apartments are 257, and 258, which makes no sense at all, but since the apartment building is privately owned, and the company didn’t get with the postal service to setup a numbering system to better accommodate the residents, the tenants of the building now have to suffer the consequences of what the privately owned company did with their property management of the building, if UPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, and other logistical providers have to lose 10-15 minutes of their time everyday going on a scavenger hunt to find these apartments to deliver packages to then more than likely they’re going to leave them in the mailroom if the mailroom is inside of the gate, but this isn’t secure because anyone that can enter the building can take the package if it’s left, and the receiver might be out of town on business for the next two weeks, or if your at home, and you have a letter that requires a signature the Mailman feeling pressured to be back in the office on time might not have an extra 10 minutes to spare looking for an apartment when there’s a messed up numbering system involved, so remember there’s a cause, and effect for everything.
